How the kabaddi stadium became a marriage hall

Riots
Three dead
Dozens injured
Association of Sports dissolved
Local kabaddi team arrested
The police locked the stadium.

The official report said:
74 could have been killed
And 1,105 could have been injured
Communal overtones, possible

Therefore
All activities have been suspended

Demonstrators said hu tu tu tu tu
Blocked roads, burned tyres

The police responded
With teargas and lathi

And tambakoo

The people blamed thugs and goons
Who shut the doors at the stadium
Trapping the victims
Trying to escape

The Home Minister said: that's why we prefer weddings
There are no riots, no unruly mobs

Just anguish

Plus millions of unhappy babies
